Butting heads with non-compliant children?  This workshop, inspired by the work of Gordon Neufeld (Hold On To Your Kids), helps us to understand the phenomenon of non-compliance and, in the context of our early childhood programs, gives us some insights into why this happens and what to do about it.  Come prepared to share your stories, examine your beliefs and make a commitment to strengthen relationships with the children in your program.
