Laura has graciously offered to give us a tour of Harbour View’s kitchen and her daily cooking practices. We look forward to the conversation that this tour inspires, and we also ask you to bring ONE recipe or menu to share.

For the last half of the gathering, Registered Dietician Michaela Bohunicky will lead the group through a discussion of the weight-inclusive approach to feeding and eating in the child care setting. This will include a rationale of why a weight-inclusive approach is valuable with this age group, reflective questions, and ways that this approach can be implemented in every day practice.
