Menu Reviewing (Cooks Session)

Last year we introduced a new procedure for menu reviewing. This procedure involved reviewing one season of menus in a group setting and obtaining a letter with feedback from the Public Health Dietitian, Megan Bellinger. We found that this new process was very successful and stimulated great conversations.
Similar to last year, we will offer this session twice in order to accommodate everyone. We will host one session in the spring and one in the fall. Cooks may register for both sessions if they wish to review two different selections of menus and network with their peers.
