Meat Alternatives (cooks Session)

Join Megan Bellinger, Public Health Dietitian, for a session all about meat alternatives. We will be discussing the benefits of meat alternatives, ideas on how to incorporate them into your menu, as well as a cost comparison activity. There will also be a small cooking component in this session.
When you register, please send Jodi 1-2 of your favourite meat alternative recipes. These will be compiled and shared with the attendees of this workshop. Yum!
