Free: Virtual Yoga with Kimberly

February 25, 2021 @ 7:00 pm - 8:00 pm

Join us for 1 hour of gentle yoga with Kimberly Veneziale! Kimberly is a fun and energetic yoga instructor. She has been certified since 2013 and has been spreading peace, kindness and relaxation to the community of Thunder Bay ever since.

If you are new to yoga, we still encourage you to join us… take time for you, rejuvenate, and at the very least Kimberly never fails to make her yogis laugh!

This hour-long gentle yoga class is designed with relaxation in mind. We will practice a series of gentle seated and supine poses to move and stretch our bodies and then finish with some mindfulness strategies to help manage stress.

No single yoga class will make anyone flexible or stress free, but at the very least, we will spend one quiet hour tuning into our bodies and ourselves. No experience or fancy yoga pants required (though they are both welcome!)

To join us for this complimentary yoga class, please send an e-mail to early.years@tbdssab.ca or text (807) 630-1923 (some e-mail addresses do not make it past our firewall; if you don’t hear back from us then please call or send a text instead!).

Please note that if you have physical limitations, Kimberly would love to consider this in her planning to ensure an enjoyable experience for all. You can reach out to her directly at kimberly.veneziale@gmail.com.

You can use the following information to join the yoga session. Note that we will be recording the session once it begins in order to share it on the Portal for future use. You can keep your camera off to ensure you are not a part of the recording.
