“Eat Local” – Cooks Session

Please join Megan Bellinger, Public Health Dietitian from the TBDHU, for an exciting session on the health benefits of using locally grown produce and locally made products in your daily meal preparations. We also have two guests joining Megan. First, we will have Kevin Belluz from Superior Seasons to discuss purchasing locally grown foods and the benefits of eating local. Additionally, we will have Heather Conrad from the Children and Family Centre to discuss her experience with incorporating local foods into her meal preparations.
