The College of Early Childhood Educators (CECE) requires Registered Early Childhood Educators (RECE) in Ontario to maintain a Continuous Professional Learning (CPL) Portfolio.

“The CPL program is a framework and formal process to help RECEs increase their knowledge and skills and ensure quality professional practice throughout their careers” (CECE, 2018).

As a result of these new expectations, the TBDSSAB has been facilitating a working group to discuss the CPL program, work together on setting goals, and build our CPL portfolios. If you would like to work on your portfolio with other RECEs, please join us for this CPL Working Group.

Please ensure that you bring all documents that you feel may be relevant to your CPL Portfolio.
