We are happy to continue on with our second Community of Practice (COP) session: Transitions.

A transition in the child care setting is the process of changing between two activities or routines.  It sounds simple enough, but for many educators, transition times can be the hardest part of the day.
Children may not be ready, or able,  to disengage from what they are doing and it’s our job to help them navigate these stressful times.

Join us for an evening of discussion and sharing  that will help you figure out the how, when, and why of transitions.
